Additionally, the department oversees business operations for the Agency, working to streamline processes and expand market opportunities.

Marketing Coordination Division

The Marketing Coordination Division is responsible for overseeing and coordinating market access for products produced by entrepreneurs and traders. This division will be led by a Manager who holds at least a Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to the division's responsibilities.

Responsibilities of the Marketing Coordination Division

1. Organizing trade shows and business conferences and encouraging participation from entrepreneurs, producers, and traders.

2. Collaborating with the Training Department to support entrepreneurs and traders in enhancing the value chain of their products.

3. Promoting community engagement in using locally produced goods.

4. Encouraging entrepreneurs, producers, and traders to utilize information technology for product promotion.

5. Partnering with other institutions to establish and strengthen designated business areas.

6. Assisting entrepreneurs, producers, and traders in providing services to both government and private institutions.
